As determined with our stakeholders, a written report of this evaluation will be produced and disseminated to the teachers (primary stakeholders) and administration of the school. A meeting of the evaluators, teachers, and administration will be held to discuss the results, implications, and 'next steps' suggested by the evaluation. Evaluation results will be presented in a clear and understandable format that reflects a respectful attitude towards our stakeholders and honours confidentiality (Alkin, 2010). The presentation will include a formal report and graphics displayed on a SMART Board, depicting results of our assessment measures. In addition, stakeholders have had and will continue to have access to the evaluation teams' collaborative wiki. As this evaluation was participatory in nature, our stakeholders have been closely involved at every stage of the process and are fully aware of the evaluation findings.
